There is no age limit to be a member with Medical Aid Society of Malawi (MASM).

There is need to complete application forms, attach a copy of identification and make an upfront 3 month payment if you are joining as an individual.  If you are joining as a company, or group you pay 1-month contributions.

YES. Anyone can register to be a member of MASM as long as they have the necessary requirements like Valid Proof of identification and are able to make monthly contributions.

NO.  This is not allowed and its fraud.

YES.  This is possible and you can also register your relatives and family and pay whilst you are outside the country

NO.  MASM Members on any scheme can access the Ambulances without paying anything as this is part of their benefit.

MASM Membership comes with Funeral Benefit as part of the package and members do not pay extra besides the monthly contributions.

MASM members on Executive and VIP can receive medical assistance from SADC Region, Kenya, Egypt and India upon referral from local specialist.  MASM has to authorize the referral before member is assisted.
